Our Vision, Mission, Purpose and Philosophy

Our Vision is to equip our girls in becoming self-sufficient adults, with the capacity to continuously thrive emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Our Goal is for our youth to build strong family units, develop a healthy core system, and become productive citizens in our society.

Our Mission is to empower young people to make healthy decisions about relationships, sex, parenting, education, career, and life.

It is the philosophy of New Beginnings Residential Treatment Facilities that every human being has the inherent right to enhance their development and maximize their achievement of self-determination and autonomy in the least restrictive, most humanistic and normalizing environment available to them. It is also the philosophy of the STRTP that families and guardians are encouraged to become involved in the daily activities of the program. Visits between clients and their families are encouraged, whether at the program or at the family’s home.

With that in mind, the following are our mutual responsibilities:

• To provide effective and efficient quality service in a clean, safe, and attractive environment.

• To respect the personal rights of the client or non-minor dependent.

• To prove the highest standard of services to the client and non-minor dependent.

• To operate the program efficiently according to sound business practices, including conserving resources

• To educate the community with reference to the needs of the client and non-minor dependent population and their families.
